Gianluca Castellini

Born in 1969, graduated in Business Administration at Bocconi University, he built his career in HR and Organization through different roles of increasing responsibility within important Italian companies, until 2006 when he became HR Manager of Smurfit Kappa Italia. In 2013 he moved to Dublin where he was appointed HR Vice President for the entire Smurfit Kappa Group, with responsibility extended to over 45,000 employees in 35 countries around the world (Europe and America). Back in Italy in 2018, today he leads the most important Italian company for paper and paper and paperboard packaging production and supply, structured into 26 production plants and based in Novi Ligure (AL).
