orn in 1964, an Agronomy Degree at Università Cattolica of Piacenza, with a curriculum in Agricultural Industries, and a Master’s degree at the University of Minnesota in Food Processing, Mandolini has always dealt with risk analysis and management and business continuity in the food industry, also holding positions of general manager in animal and vegetable processing plants. In the last 10 years in Esselunga he has held the role of HSE and Security /Business Continuity manager, also dealing with environmental sustainability. He is chairman of the Eurocommerce environment group in Brussels.
